Because this is the Internet, if this is your first time placing a service request or ordering toner with us, American Printer Service, Inc. may contact you in order to verify information and / or request advance payment for any toner ordered before shipment. This information will be requested via phone only. American Printer Service, Inc. does not request payment information via email.
